Basically, Naraworks is a Korea based company. Naraworks provide Word, Excel(R)and PowerPoint(R) viewer technology can let road warriers view documents on road. Naraworks provide the technology to Access to made "NetFront(R) Document Viewer" and "Mobile Client Suite(NMCS)". Becuase Naraworks provide technologies Access will highly utilized, so Access decide to 100% aquire Naraworks.
At that day, Access Inc.'s stock price run higher than before.

I personally think this is a great comination for embedded products.
Access Inc. also aquire PalmSource and CMT last year. That makes me imagine that they surely will have a total solution for mobile devices.
Especially for smartphone.
Now, Access become a respectly competitor to Microsoft. Beware! Microsoft, Access is coming!
